Processing Time:
All our items are crafted with precision and care. As we deal in premium, and often made-to-order or intricately designed outfits, please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. This time is for quality checks, finishing, and packaging. During sale periods or for heavily embroidered bridal wear, this period may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Areas & Methods:
We currently ship across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, etc.).

Lahore: Estimated delivery 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Other Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): Estimated delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Other Remote Areas: Estimated delivery 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000.

For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 300 will be applied at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
