Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At ANAWA, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Due to the bespoke and premium nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our garments.

General Policy:
All sales are final on sale items, bridal wear, and heavily embroidered/sequined outfits. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they have a manufacturing defect.

For all other items (e.g., casual wear, unstitched fabric, pret), we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or have a fragrance.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at help@anawa.pk or 0300-7620069 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number and the return address.

Return Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

  • Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently only exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Manufacturing Defects:
ANAWA stands by the quality of its craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at help@anawa.pk with photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a return, and upon confirmation, offer a full refund, exchange, or repair.
